2014 is starting out on a good note ... I've been working out three times a week with Stacy and I started the new plan on Weight Watchers - I'm already down almost 4 pounds in two weeks. The workouts are super tough, but getting through them is so rewarding ... Another accomplishment in the books!!! I've done dead lifts with the 50lb bar and bench pressed 45lbs (with Stacy's help), but I got through it.
I'm on the right track this year ... And I love where I'm headed!!!!!!
