I got to use the "bars" she made out of PVC pipes (I was secretly praying that the pipes didn't break) for the push-ups, dips and trying to hold myself up. That last one ... It is NOT easy - you're supporting all your body weight!!!
The workout was:
5 push-ups x 5 reps
5 tricep dips x 5 reps
5 hold myself up on bars x 5 reps
2 minutes ski jumps
10 reps/1 minute each: one leg in - out crunches (10 each leg)
3 minutes of trying to hold myself up on bars - (I didn't have to hold myself up for 3 minutes, which I thought she meant at first. I had 3 minutes to practice)
2 minutes ski jumps

Tonight and tomorrow is Curves, with the other insane trainer, Jillian Michaels, then I meet Stacy again on Friday!!!!
